The hotel is a homeless shelter. When I found out, the hotel refused to allow me a refund or cancele the room. BEWARE THERE IS A SECOND SHELTER NEXT DOOR TOO. They accept the city vouchers and are bussing migrants over to staten island

Room was ready when we arrived. Clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The manager was tending the breakfasts bar in the morning with care and was making sure everyone is good.
